Taking A Deeper Look At The Boss BV9990 In Dash DVD Player
As technology continues to advance, we are not only witnessing thousands of new and innovative products being released at rapid pace but also at cheap prices. Years ago when the first in dash DVD players were introduced to the market, they were selling for upwards to $1,000. However today, the competition is so strong just about anyone can afford a decent in-dash DVD system for their cars. In this article, we are going to take a look at one of these high-tech but high-value in-dash DVD players known as the Boss BV9990.
This device has a terrific 1440 x 234 7-inch touchscreen. On that point alone made us want to get a closer look at this unit. Besides having a sharp screen, the touchscreen itself can be set vertically so that you can have the best viewing angle.
Now even though this player plays DVDs, it does a lot more. You can apparently still play your average CDs but on top of it you can play VCDs, SVCDs, and even MP4 files which makes this a very versatile product. One of of the things I like about this in-dash DVD player is the fact that you can plug in a USB thumb drive or a SD card which contain your MP3S or WMA music files on them and play the music directly from there without the need to burn a disc.
Obviously, just about everyone these days possesses some sort of MP3 player. You can pretty much plug in any type of MP3 player to the front of this in-dash DVD player and play music straight from the player. Plus, the player has a port for hooking up an optional rear view camera. This way you can view what’s happening behind your car. There are plenty of in car dvd players to select from and while this is very good we all do feel it is eclipsed by the Pioneer AVIC-X930BT. In an ever broadening market place this pops up with the goods and you can now find it reviewed here: Pioneer AVIC-X930BT Review
If you get tired with your own personal media, you can switch on the am/fm radio that features a graphic equalizer display. The BV9990 player comes powered with 85 watts of awesome audio goodness. The Boss BV9990 player also is equipped with front and rear RCA outputs and also an output for a subwoofer which will allow you to easily expand your system for your needs. Still, the in-dash player is accompanied by a full-featured wireless remote control. This feature is great for those backseat riders who want to deal with what’s playing on the DVD player. You are familiar with the type — the “turn the volume up”, “turn it down” or even the “hey, can you skip over that song” kind of individual who is always in every car.
The Boss BV9990 player is a terrific in-dash player that packs a lot of power and loaded with great features. On top of the fact that the Boss BV9990 player starts at $199, makes this a fantastic purchase, even for folks on a budget. If you are looking for a very good audio system to replace your current one, you can’t go wrong with the Boss BV9990 with its great features and affordable price.
It feels terrible when you burn cash (yet again) on the Pioneer AVIC-X930BT Review. Still searching to see if anything’s changed? You could have ended all that if you only understood about this Pioneer AVIC-X930BT Review.
Nerf Vulcan EBF – What Features Does This Toy Blaster Have?
Are you addicted to Nerf guns? Then you will love the Nerf Vulcan. The Vulcan is a Nerf gun that puts the others to shame. This toy is ridiculous. It appears like a thing that is directly out of Rambo. If you are a serious Nerf collector or someone who just loves the thrill of peppering mates with foam darts, than the Nerf N-Strike Vulcan EBF-25 is among the greatest toys to add to your collection. This blaster features some fairly outstanding stuff that will win any competition in just minutes. Read on to learn more.
First off, possibly the first thing you will see about this toy, is the fact that it employs an ammo belt. The ammunition belt is packed with foam darts. This belt of course is used to feed the gun as it fires. Aside from that it also features a removable ammo box, a carrying handle for when you need to be like Rambo, and a switch that allows you to turn it on.
I was fortunate enough to be able to purchase one of these to try it out myself. You can purchase this one, as well as find many other nerf guns for sale at Wal-Mart, Toys R’ Us, Target, and many other retailers. If you want to save money you might have better luck finding a less expensive price online. The first thing I noticed is that it’s fairly weighty, so it might be better for an adult. The tripod is very nice for when you want to set it down. Shooting it is a pretty awesome experience. You can certainly release a hail storm of darts with it. I believe it may be one of the better toy dart guns available. It’s a lot of fun to play with too.
Like the majority of goods, nothing is without defects. There’s at least one problem which I have heard about. When I was operating it and shooting, it jammed on me. This threw off my groove and made me cease my path of destruction and have to unjam the sucker. Because of this design flaw, It works best when immobile. On the tripod it works great, and when you are holding it, it functions best to just keep it still and not jostle it around, otherwise a dart can get jammed. This Nerf gun is a little on the heavy side, as I hear quite a few youthful children whine about it’s weight.
If Hasbro does make yet another product such as this again, hopefully they create it so it doesn’t jam as often. Overall though, I think it is worth having!
